Originally designed as a three-story medical office building, above parking.
Located on a corner lot of Rutledge Ave and Doughty Street on the edge of the MUSC campus and across from the Ashley Hall girls school in downtown Charleston.
The office uses have since been replaced by longevity fitness center which NSA proudly renovated many years after the original construction.
