Adaptive reuse of a space within an historical three-story, early 18th century, brick building with heavy timber framing. which was originally built as a warehouse serving the Brent Charleston Harbor port.
The objective of the client was to expose as much of the brick walls and heavy timber construction of the historical building as possible up fitting with more modern Open constructions with glass walls and clean lines.
The centerpiece of the office is a glass room open to viewing to show how a custom-made server is built and assembled on site, which is what the client business does.
