Restoration

The first 17 rooms of the Restoration On King St., Hotel were originally designed as high end condominiums to be sold so that you could live above the shops on King st.
However, towards the end of the renovation, the US suffered a mortgage meltdown crisis which suddenly dried up all funds for anybody to purchase condominiums or housing.

Some quick thinking allowed us to Rone the property and convert the 17 rooms into a hotel which was later awarded would’ve the top hotels in the country. We were later hired to design a new story, hotel, and renovate the historical three-story brick building which ultimately connected seven separate buildings into one hotel establishment, which also includes a rooftop bar and restaurant with magnificent views of the city.
