We are highly skilled in addressing and presenting both complex and modest-sized projects to design review boards, zoning and planning boards and neighborhood associations. When working on historic buildings, we work closely with historic groups to develop a well-rounded, sensitive and successful design. We are also highly skilled in research and analysis of commercial and residential building codes including the highly specialized existing building code, and conducting feasibility studies to navigate complex jurisdictional requirements to determine the best direction for a project from the start.
